How to participate to the local life?
The charter of participation will propose the commitments of the young people and these of the elected representatives.
The participants will be able to be inspired by works of different workshops.
Objective: To think about propositions about the participation of youth to the local life and to propose a debate with the elected representatives on these propositions.
At the end of stay, the young Europeans will be able to restore, as they want, the results of workshops to the elected representatives of Brest and to the inhabitants.
This restoring should permit to open the debate on the participation of young people to the local life.
